How to install

Apple Mail

  1. Click Copy signature.
  2. Open Mail → Settings → Signatures.
  3. Create or select a signature.
  4. Paste into the signature editor.
  5. Make sure images are allowed to load from remote sources.

Gmail

  1. Click Copy signature.
  2. Open Gmail → Settings → See all settings.
  3. Under Signature, create or edit a signature.
  4. Paste into the signature field.
  5. Save changes at the bottom of the page.

HubSpot

  1. Click Copy raw HTML.
  2. Open HubSpot signature settings.
  3. Choose the HTML/source option if available.
  4. Paste the generated HTML.
  5. Save and send yourself a test email.

The generated signature uses inline CSS, a table-based email layout, Helvetica/Arial/sans-serif, 12px black text, native blue links for email and website, plain-text phone number, and remote non-clickable logo images.
